The standard starter home security package Alarmforce offers includes a keypad, a motion detector, a siren, two door or window contacts and live two-way voice communication.   The AlarmForce monitoring can be done either with your phone line or as a wireless GSM system.

How much does AlarmForce cost?

The setup is of the standard package is  free but the ongoing AlarmForce Industries Inc. alarm monitoring fee starts at $25 per month.

Starter Package:

• $25 a month with a 3 Year Contract
• Telephone land line base monitoring,  you must keep you land line to use this system
• Equipment belongs to AlarmForce,  it is fully warrantied as long as you stay with AlarmForce monitoring.  You must return the equipment if you leave AlarmForce.
• 1 Keypad
• Motion Detector
• Siren
• 2 Door contacts  (can also be used for windows)
• Live 2-way communication with the monitoring station
• Door/windows sticker + a sign

AlarmPlus Package

AlarmForce sells their AlarmPlus technology as “Line Cut Technology”,  what they really mean is that this system uses Cellular/GSM communication with the monitoring station so you don’t need to worry about a burglar cutting your phone line.

You don’t need a land line for this system,  the cell/GSM contact can be used as the primary form of contact.  This can result in big cost saving by eliminating a phone bill from your life.

That would mean that the AlarmForce Industries Inc. monthly prices are middle-of-the-road in terms of the industry in general.  It’s still a fairly good deal when the free* alarm system is taken into account.

Available Features

Security Guards / Private Guard monitoring

For an extra $3.25 a month AlarmForce can offers a private security guard offer that works to reduce false alarms.    If you alarm is triggered:

• A security guard will be dispatched for your house
• The guard will investigate for signs of break-in
• If a break-in is detected, the guard (or guards) will remain on site and contact the police
• Having this service helps prevent “false-alarm fees” as many municipalities charge a fee that is often in the $75 to $125 range for dispatched police services responding to a false alarm

Some competitors’ systems can be activated under Alarmforce.
